Mail Manager Workflow Features

Users soon begin to realise the benefits of using Mail Manager when they use its workflow features which help to cut unnecessary duplication and printing.

Reviewed:

Traditional paper documents would normally be initialled or signed to show that they have been read. With email this would require creating a paper copy. Mail Manager's "Mark message as Reviewed" option allows this to be done electronically, saving both copying and storage costs. Multiple names can be added to a single message.

Task:

Creating an Outlook task using Mail Manager's "Send Task request" option significantly improves the process of creating and assigning a task. Once assigned, its progress can be monitored from Outlook. In creating the task it will automatically include links to the filed email, reducing the need for CC's and duplicate emails.

Notify Participants:

Rather than using forward or CC, and thereby adding to your email storage costs, Mail Manager can create a notification email that contains a link to the filed email. Recipients just select the link to view the filed email and mark it as reviewed.
